Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this site is Alberto Ortega Fernández, based in Zaragoza (Spain). Contact: contacto@aortegaweb.com.

What data is collected

Contact form: name, email address and any information you voluntarily include in your message (project type, approximate budget and description). This is the minimum data needed to reply to your inquiry.

Usage measurement: this site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymous visit and performance metrics without using cookies or identifying the visitor.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the browser's local storage is used to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and, when enabled, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam service on the contact form.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed for the sole purpose of replying to your inquiry and, where applicable, preparing a service proposal you have requested. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form, as well as pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Your data is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications, nor is it shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Recipients and processors

The following providers are used to deliver the service, acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Resend (delivery of the email generated by the contact form) and Cloudflare Inc. (DNS, email routing and, where applicable, anti-spam verification).

Some of these providers are located in the United States. International transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any subsequent professional relationship. If no contractual relationship arises, it is deleted once the inquiry has been dealt with, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@aortegaweb.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data is not being processed in accordance with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
